Many years ago when I became a hairdresser I had friends and family think that I was entering a dead end job for an award wage. Many of my friends went into high paid factory work, they hated their jobs but the wage was good. They lived for the weekends.

 

But they stopped laughing when I opened up my own salon.

 

Hair and beauty is known to not pay the best wage in the world, but when you get the chance to work your own hours and pay yourself a really great wage then life couldn’t be better.

 

This should be the case for EVERY salon owner, but sadly it isn’t true.

 

I became a salon coach by accident; I didn’t realize so many salon owners were so close to making money, yet so far from it too. If they worked on a few key areas it would change their lives. I just wanted to show and help as many salon owners as I could. You see I left school with minimum qualifications and no passion for what I wanted to do for work or even what I wanted in life. I fell into hairdressing and became hooked very quickly. I didn’t do it for the money. Even when I opened my salon is wasn’t about the money, and im sure it isn’t for you either. But………….

 

What I have learned over the years is money in the bank helps you become a better leader.

Money brings in security so you can relax and grow your team and not stress over quite days.

Money helps you share the wealth and pay your team better

Money brings refits and nice surroundings.
