Most salon owners just want to work harder and do more clients, this is NOT the answer and will destroy you and your salon in the end.
Take this example. If you want to pay yourself $50,000 a year
(that’s just over a stylists wage here in Australia) a typical salon owner would need to turnover $1 million.
And if you want to pay yourself $100,000 a year which is where I think all salon owners should be, your salon would need to do $40,000 a week, a cool $2 million a year. See how it’s impossible?
