Leadership is by far one of my most favourite subjects. I love being a leader, I love creating and building leaders, I love inspiring leaders and I love mentoring leaders, and I have had the privilege of being a leader to a huge number of amazing stylists for the past 25 years. I truly am blessed.
So really, what is leadership?
Leadership is taking your stylists hand by hand, whilst being just one step in front of them. leading them, guiding them to grow, reach their potential and their goals.
It’s not about being controlling or manipulating. Leadership is about inspiring others to reach their goals. It’s only when they reach their goals that you will succeed in reaching your goals. Which is after all why you bought your salon. To have a successful and profitable salon.
I live for coaching and hairdressing is my absolute passion. I coach salon owners so they too can attain success like myself through the growth of others.
